摘要
为了分析真空断路器灭弧室内真空度降低时屏蔽罩上电位发生变化的机制,设计了一套检测屏蔽罩上电位的试验系统。通过实验发现真空度下降到一定值时灭弧室内出现放电现象,同时找出了屏蔽罩上交流电位和直流电位分别与真空度之间的对应关系。随后应用气体放电理论对这一系列的对应关系进行了机制分析,找到2种电位在屏蔽罩上形成的原因。分析中还给出灭弧室在真空度下降时屏蔽罩上电位变化的等效电路模型。试验结果和理论分析为真空度断路器的真空度在线检测提供了依据。
A lab system for detecting the potential on shielding is designed in order to analyze the change mechanism of the potential on shielding when the vacuum degree descended in vacuum breaker. In the experiment process, discharge emerged in the extinguish chamber when the vacuum degree descended to a certain value. And the relationships between alternating potential, direct potential on shielding and the vacuum degree are founded separately. The author also analyzed the mechanics of the relationships by gas discharge theory, and founded the cause of the potential changing. A equivalent circuit model of the potential changing on shielding also had been given. The experimental result and theory analysis can be the basic theory for the on-line detecting of the vacuum degree in arc extinguish chamber.
