摘要
建立了用二甲酚橙作为显色剂直接测定痕量锡的新方法 ,锡与二甲酚橙在pH 3 5时形成的络合物 ,加入聚乙烯醇使稳定性大大提高 ,实验条件下显色络合物的最大吸收峰位于 5 4 4nm处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε =4 38× 10 5,线性范围为Sn 0 1~ 5 μg· (2 5mL) - 1 ,回收率为 97 4 %~ 10 1 1%。此方法选择性好、灵敏度高、操作简单 ,此方法用于分析水样中的微量锡 ,结果令人满意。
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount of tin(Ⅳ) has been developed based on the reaction of Sn(Ⅳ) with o-cresolphthalexon(XO), which forms a stable complex in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA). The complex exhibited a maximum absorbence at 544 nm. The molar absorption coefficient was 4.38×105 L·mol -1·cm -1.Recovery factor ranged from 97.4%-101.1%.Beers law was obeyed in the range of Sn 0.1- 5 μg·(25 mL) -1. The complex was stable within 6 h. The suitable conditions for the reaction were investigated. The developed method has been applied to the determination of Sn(Ⅳ) in water samples. The result obtained is statifactory.
