摘要
以D-甘露醇和(+)-2-氨基-1-丁醇为手性源,合成了两种含末端烯基的手性冠醚。通过硅氢加成反应制备了两种新型的手性冠醚聚硅氧烷气相色谱固定相chirasil-man-18C6-25和chirasil-aza-15C5-25。考察了其气相色谱性能和对手性对映体的分高能力。其中Chirasil-man-18C6-25对能形成氨键的α-苯丙醇和苯丙氨酸异丙酯等外消旋体具有较好的手性拆分能力,且具有较高使用温度,可在260℃下长期使用。
Two chiral crown ethers containing end-alkenyl groups have been synthesized by the use of Dmannitol and (+)-2-amino-1-butanol as chiral sources. They were anchored onto polyhydromethyl-siloxanes by hydrosilylation reaction, rendering two novel chiral polysiloxane stationary phases chirasil-man-18C6-25and chirasil-aza-15C5-25. The chromatographic properties and separation ability of these two phases for enantiomers have been studied. The chirasil-man-18C6-25 phase has efficient thermostability and considerable enantiomer-xesolving power for racemics which have hydrogen-bonding force such as a-phenylacetol and phenylalanine isopropylester.
