摘要
介绍用过氧化氢水溶液一步催化氧化环戊烯合成戊二醛的工艺路线 ,讨论了催化剂、助催化剂、溶剂等因素对戊二醛收率的影响 .在钨酸与三氧化二硼的质量比为 1 1 ,反应温度为 3 5℃ ,反应时间为 4h ,以叔丁醇为溶剂的优化工艺下 ,可得到最高戊二醛收率为 71 .2 % .
Some reaction systems for the synthesis of glutaraldehyde by one step catalytic oxidation of cyclopentence with aqueous hydrogen peroxide were introduced.The yield to glutaraldehyde was effected by various factors,such as catalysy,co-catalyst,solvent,etc.the highest yield of the glutaraldehydecould be reached 71.2% under amount ratio of WO 3·H 2O to B 2O 3 is 11,the reaction temperature is 35 ℃,the reaction time is 4 h,and t-BuOH is as solvent.
