摘要
以钨酸为催化剂,30%过氧化氢水溶液为氧化剂,叔丁醇为溶剂,考察了环戊烯合成戊二醛的工艺条件。最佳的工艺条件为:钨酸浓度为1%,反应时间为24 h,反应温度为35℃,V(叔丁醇)∶V(环戊烯)为10∶1。在最佳的工艺条件下,环戊烯的转化率高达100%,戊二醛的收率为79.6%,展现了良好的应用前景。
The technological conditions for the synthesis of glutaraldehyde from cyclopentene are discussed by using 30% aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution as oxidant and tert-butyl alcohol as solvent on tungstic acid catalyst. Opimum technological conditions are that the concentration of tungstic acid is 1%, reaction time is 24 h, reaction temperature is 35 ℃ ,and the ratio of tert-butyl alcohol and cyclopentene (volume ratio) is 10/1. Under the opimum technological conditions, the conversion of cyclopentcne is up to 100 % and the yield of glutaraldehyde is 79.6 %, showing its bright prospect in applications.
