摘要
在马铃薯初代培养基(作茎尖培养用)和增殖培养基(作试管苗快速繁殖用)中分别加入25μg/ml链霉素、四环素和苯甲酸钠3种抗污染剂,结果发现:苯甲酸钠在初代培养基中抑菌效果最好;而在增殖培养基中以四环素的抑菌效果最佳。
Apical meristems and plantlets are respectively cultured on the initiated medium and multiplicated medium. The two kinds of mediums are separately added 25μg/ml of TetracyclineHCL, Streptomycin or Sodium benzoate. The results showed: 1. The contamination can be effectively controlled on the initiated medium with 25μg/ml sodium benzoate; 2.The contamination can be effectively controlled on the multiplicated medium with 25μg/ml TeracyclineHCL.
