西方蜜蜂6个亚种正反交苹果酸脱氢酶Ⅱ基因的遗传差异 被引量:3

Genetic Differences of Malate Dehydrogenase(MDH)Ⅱ Genes in Recprocal Combinations of Six Western Honeybee Subspecies

摘要 研究了西方蜜蜂(ApismelliferaL.)的浙农大1号意蜂、东北黑蜂、卡尼鄂拉蜂、喀尔巴阡蜂、高加索蜂和乌克兰蜂6个亚种及浙农大1号意蜂与其它5个亚种正反交杂交组合苹果酸脱氢酶Ⅱ的基因型频率、基因频率和杂合纯合度,并分析了杂交后代与亲本的关系。浙农大1号意蜂、喀尔巴阡蜂、高加索蜂的纯合度较高,而东北黑蜂、卡尼鄂拉蜂和乌克兰蜂是高度杂合的亚种。杂交子代与母本的差异小于与父本的差异。正反交杂交组合基因型频率、基因频率的差异程度与亲本的杂合度有关。 The malate dehydrogenaseⅡ isozymes in 'Zhejiang Agricultural University' No.1 Apis mellifera ligustica (Ea), Northeast Dark bee (D), A.m.carnica (K), A.m. carpatica (C), A.m.caucasica (G), A.m..acervorum (W) and in the reciprocal progenies between Ea and the other subspecies were studied using polyacrylamide gel isoelectrofocusing (IEF-PAGE), and allele frequencies, genotype frequencies, heterozygous and homozygous degrees were analyzed. The homozygous degrees of Ea, C and G were higher than the others, and D? K?W were highly heterozygous subspecies. The differences between the reciprocal progenies and the female parents were smaller than those with male parents. The differences of genotype frequencies, allele frequencies in reciprocal combinations had a bearing on the heterozygous degrees of the parent.
