摘要
研究了西方蜜蜂(Apis mellifera L.)10个蜂种的苹果酸脱氢酶Ⅱ等位基因频率和蜂蜜、蜂王浆、蜂花粉、蜂蜡和蜂毒的产量,并分析了3个等位基因频率与5个经济性状的相关性。等位基因a频率与5个经济性状均呈负相关,其中与蜂蜜产量的相关系数最大,达显著水平(P<0.05);等位基因b频率除与蜂蜜产量呈正相关外,与蜂王浆、蜂花粉、蜂蜡和蜂毒的产量均呈负相关,但相关系数较小,没有达到显著水平。等位基因c频率与5个经济性状均呈正相关,而与蜂王浆产量的相关系数最高,达极显著水平(P<0.01)。因此MDHⅡ等位基因频率有可能用来作为蜜蜂生产性能的生化遗传标记。
The allele frequencies of malate dehydrogenase (MDH) Ⅱ and the production of some economic traits such as honey, royal jelly, bee pollen, bee wax and bee venom of "Zhejiang Agricultural University" No.1 Apis mellifera ligustica (Ea), Apis mellifera spp. (D), Apiz mellifera carnica (K), Apis mellifera carpatica (C), Apis mellifera caucusica (G), Apis mellifera acervorum (W), EaxCp, EaxCn, EaxCc and EaxAc were studied, and the correlations between the allele frequencies and economic traits were analyzed. The allele a frequency was all negatively correlated with five economic traits, and the correlation coefficient with honey production was highest, and reached significant level (P〈0.05). The allele b frequency was positively with honey production and negatively correlated with the other economic traits, but all con'elation coefficients were vely low, and not reached signiticant level. The allele c frequency was all negatively correlated with five economic traits, and the correlation coefficient with loyal jelly was highest, and it reached high significant level (P〈0.01). Therefore, it is possible that MDH Ⅱ allele frequencies were regarded as biochemical genetic marker of honeybee for production propcrties.
