口干综合征(Sj(?)gren’s Syndrome)口干的治疗 被引量：5

摘要 口干综合征(Sjgren's Syndrome.pSS)是以唾液腺和泪腺功能慢性、进行性丧失致口、眼干燥为特征的一种系统性自身免疫性疾病,可分为原发性和继发性。原发性主要是局部管周单核细胞浸润和分泌上皮细胞继之丧失,使唾液流速率和唾液成份发生改变。继发性主要来自于自身免疫性疾病,如风湿性关节炎等。 口干综合征中,唾液的流速率减慢和成份的改变是明显的,除引起咀嚼、语言、吞咽困难和味觉异常之外,还可使口腔的自洁作用减弱,细菌在口腔中繁殖加快而使龋齿的敏感性和口腔感染的机会增加。
