摘要
目的探讨原发性干燥综合征(primarySjgren’sSyndrome,pSS)临床特点,了解成人发病的pSS的临床表现。方法回顾性分析了我院门诊及住院诊治的pSS104例,其中男性发病者15例,女性发病者89例。结果成人发病者首发症状表现多样化,常见的有口眼干燥、关节疼痛、腮腺肿大、肾小管酸中毒及皮肤表现等。结论pSS的首发症状多样化,以外分泌腺受累为首发者仅占67.3%,易致误诊,应引起临床医师足够重视。
Objective To assess the clinical features of primary Sjgren's syndrome in adult patients. Methods Adult patients with definite primary Sjogren's syndrome were analyzed retrospectively. Results In adult patients, initial clinical symptoms were various, dry mouth and dry eyes, arthritis and arthralgia, parotid swelling, renal tubular abnormalities and rash were more common. The frequency of pulmonary abnormalities and neuralgic system injury were less. RF, anti-SSA and anti-SSB antibodies, and IgG were more in adult patients. Conclusion For pSS patient, the clinical characteristics are various.
