On Pre-Service Training of New College Teachers

摘要 入职培训是影响新教师成长和发展的重要条件 ,也是教师专业化过程中不可或缺的环节。本文就新教师入职培训的背景以及入职培训过程中的观念、内容、评价等问题进行了有益的探索 ,认为微格培训是新教师入职培训的一条新途径。 Pre-service training is highly important and necessary to new college teachers. This article discusses the background of pre-service training as well as the conceptions, contents, and assessment of the training process. The author maintains that microcosmic training is a new approach to pre-service training.
