摘要
目的:观察联合用药对无排卵性不孕妇女促排卵疗效。方法:38例病人分两组,联合用药组口服克罗米酚加协坤、阿司匹林、维生素E,对照组单纯口服克罗米酚,并对两组行彩色多谱勒超声波检测。结果:联合用药组子宫内膜发育、排卵及妊娠率明显优于对照组,LUP形成率低于对照组,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:协坤、少量阿司匹林、维生素E在诱发排卵和子宫内膜发育中起一定作用。
Objective To observe the effects of combined drug treatment on stimulating ovulation for anovulatory infertile women.Method38cases were divided into two groups and received Doppler color ultrasonic examination.The combined drug treat-ment group was treated with Clomiphene citrate added to Estradiol valerate、aspirin and vitamin E,the control group was treated wih Clomiphene citrate only.Results Endometrium development and ovulation、pregnancy rate of combined drug treatmemt group were better than that of control group,LUP formation rate lower than control group,there was a significant difference between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion Estradiol valerate,small dose of aspirin and vitamin E had certain effect on stimulating ovulation and en-dometrium development.
