摘要
目的:探讨联合用药对无排卵性不孕妇女促排卵的疗效对照观察。方法:76例病人分两组,联合用药组口服克罗米酚加协坤、阿司匹林、维生素E,对照组单纯口服克罗米酚,并对两组行彩色多谱勒超声波检测。结果:联合用药组子宫内膜发育、排卵及妊娠率明显优于对照组,黄体化的未破裂卵泡(LUF)形成率低于对照组,两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:协坤、少量阿司匹林、维生素E在诱发排卵和子宫内膜发育中起一定作用。
Objective：To observe the effects of combined drug treatment in stimulating ovulation for anovulatory infertile women. Methods：76 cases were divided into two groups and received Doppler color ultrasonic examination.The combined drug treatment group was treated with clomiphene citrate added to estradiol valerate, aspirin and vitamin E,the control group was treated wih Clomiphene citrate only.Results：Endometrium development and ovulation, pregnancy rate of combined drug treatmemt group were better than those of control group,LUF formation rate lower than control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Estradiol valerate,small dose of aspirin and vitamin E had certain effect in stimulating ovulation and endometirium development.
