摘要
数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis简称DEA)是一种对若干同类型的具有多输入、多输出的决策单元进行相对效率和效益方面比较的有效方法。文章系统论述了DEA的C^2R和C^2GS^2模型。通过实证分析,详细说明了DEA模型用于同类项目横向评价的具体使用方法及结果分析方法。合理地使用这种方法,可以发现以往项目管理中存在的问题,找出导致问题产生的原因,有助于提高项目管理水平。
DEA analysis (Data Envelopment Analysis abbreviation DEA) is a assessment technique effective method to carry out compare relative efficiency and benefit for decision unit which has much input and much output aspects. Article has discussed C2GS2 model and the C2R model of DEA. Through analysis, we have explained DEA model in detail to be used in result analysis method and the specific use method in lateral assessment technique. Using this kind of method reasonably, the problem that exists in project management can be discovered, reason that causes problem to produce can be find out. It is helpful for raising the level of project management.
