In order to produce cement with high quality in low energy consumption, select the reasonable range of operating parameters in cement producing process by analyzing the operating parameters of NSF in Jidong Cement Plant, the strength of cement and 78 records related to the energy consumption and used the data envelopment analysis (DEA) to select 6 comparatively valid records with low heat consumption and high strength of 28 days and 3 days. Furthermore the 6 records were analyzed with the system reconstruction analysis (DMU) method from that we find the major factors which influenced the heat consumption and the clinker strength of 28 days and 3 days and also the span of these factors.
