本文从市场结构与有效竞争关系的一般性分析入手 ,结合中国电力市场改革的实践研究了中国目前的电力市场结构下对有效竞争的影响。文中主要讨论了五个问题 :有效竞争与最优竞争强度 ;电力市场结构与规模经济的理论分析 ;中国目前的电力市场结构对规模经济的影响 ;电力市场竞争活力的理论分析 ;中国目前的电力市场结构对竞争活力的影响。
The paper is focus on the impact of the electric power market structure on the electric workable competition. The statement is made on the basis of general analysis of the relationship between the market structure and the workable competition, as well as the practice of China's electric power market reform. There are five problems in the paper: workable competition and the best competition intensity; the theoretical analysis of the electric power market structure and the scale economy; the effect on the scale economy by the China's power market structure at present; the theoretical analysis of the power market competition vitality; and the effect on the power market competition vitality by the China's electric power market structure at present.
