Study on the Optimization Separation of Capillary Electrophoresis by Overlapping Resolution Mapping

摘要 采用重叠分辨图法对毛细管电泳的分离过程进行了研究 ,实验以扑草净等 5种农药分离的条件为例 ,考察了影响分离的三个主要因素 (溶液的pH、表面活性剂浓度和有机改性剂浓度 )对分离度的影响。分离过程首先通过 1 1次初步实验建立目标函数 ,这样可预测其它条件下的最小分离度 ,从最终的重叠分辨图可得到分离的最佳条件。在选定的优化条件下 。 The separation process of high performance capillary electrophoresis was studied using overlapping resolution mapping scheme. The effects of three main factors on resolution including the concentration of surfactant, organic modifier and pH of the solution were investigated using 5 kinds of pesticides as a model such as simazine, atrazine, carbaryl, ametryne and prometryn.The destination functions were first established through 11 pre-planned experiments, which could draw the resolution mapping of each peak pair, and the optimum condition could be obtained from the final overlapping resolution mapping, which could assure the baseline-separation of 5 pesticides under the optimum condition.
