摘要
目的 探讨验方中草药膏治疗慢性外阴营养不良的临床效果。方法 76例慢性外阴营养不良病人随机分成两组 ,观察组 6 1例 ,使用验方中草药膏涂擦外阴病变处 ,每日 1次。对照组 15例 ,使用皮康霜和 2 %睾酮软膏治疗 ,每日 2～ 3次 ,方法同观察组 ,疗程均为 3～ 4mo。结果 观察组治愈率 85 .2 5 % ,有效率 13.11% ,总有效率98.36 % ,对照组有效率 6 6 .6 7% ,无效率 33.33% ,两组间差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 验方中草药膏治疗慢性外阴营养不良疗效显著 ,不但能有效治疗搔痒症状 ,而且能改善和治疗局部体征 ,是慢性外阴营养不良较为理想的治疗方法。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of Chinese traditional proved recipe cure chronic vulvar dystrophy. Methods 76 cases of chronic vulvar dystrophy were separated into two groups randomly. Observe group have 61 cases cured with the Chinese traditional proved recipe in sick area of vulvar, once a day. Comparison group has 15 cases cured with cortisone and 2% testosterone ointment, 2～3/day, the drudge using method is same as the observed group. Tow group have the same treatment period of 3～4 months. Results he heal, effective and total effective rate in observed group are 85.25%, 13.11%, 98.36% respectively. In the comparison group, the effective and non effective rate is 66.67%, 33.33% respectively. The differences between two groups are significant (p<0.01). Conclusions the effects of Chinese traditional proved recipe to cure chronic vulvar dystrophy is very prominence, it can not only eliminate the pruritic symptom, but also heal or alleviate the sick vulvar area. It's a good and effective method to cure vulvar dystrophy.
