摘要
目的探讨外阴白斑汤联合耳穴压籽治疗外阴白斑的临床疗效分析。方法将2016年11月—2019年5月我院外阴白斑患者92例作为观察对象,随机分为2组,各46例,对照组采用他克莫司软膏治疗;观察组采用外阴白斑汤联合耳穴压籽治疗,以10 d为1个疗程,共4个疗程。计算并比较两组患者的有效率,治疗前后分别记录患者的中医证候积分及barthel指数。结果对照组总有效率76.09%低于观察组总有效率91.30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后外阴瘙痒、外阴疼痛及外阴色素、外阴弹性积分降低;观察组治疗后外阴瘙痒、外阴疼痛及外阴色素、外阴弹性积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后barthel指数升高;观察组患者治疗后barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗及随访期间无不良反应出现。结论外阴白斑汤联合耳穴压籽治疗外阴白斑的临床疗效显著,可以降低中医证候,改善生活质量,患者安全有效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of vulvar leukoplakia with the Vulvar Leukoplakia Decoction and auricular point pressing seed. Methods 92 patients with vulvar leukoplakia in our hospital from November 2016 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in each group,and the control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment,the observation group was treated with Vulvar Leukoplakia Decoction combined with auricular point pressing seeds,10 days as a course of treatment,and 2 groups were treated for 4 courses in total. The effective rate of the two groups was calculated and compared. Before and after treatment,the levels of TCM syndrome integral and Barthel index were recorded. Results The effective rate of the control group 76.09% was lower than that of the observation group(91.30%)(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment,levels of scores of pruritus vulvae,pain vulvae,pigment vulvae and elasticity vulvae in the two groups were lower,and compared with the control group,socres of pruritus vulvae,pain vulvae,pigment vulvae and elasticity vulvae in the observation group were lower(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment,levels of Barthel Indexes in 2 groups increased,and compared with the control group,levels of Barthel Indexes in the observation group were higher(P<0.05). No adverse reactions occurred during treatment and follow-up. Conclusion The clinical effect of the treatment of vulvar leukoplakia is significant. It can reduce the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the quality of life,and the patients are safe and effective.
