摘要
目的探讨外阴营养不良组织中fas／apol-1（CD95）表达与其发病机理的关系。方法采用流式细胞仪检测42例外阴营养不良新鲜组织中fas／apol－1的表达，并取10例正常外阴组织作对照。结果硬化性苔癣组织中fas／apol－1的表达明显高于对照组及鳞状细胞增生混合性营养不良组织中的表达（P＜0．01）。磷状细胞增生组织中fas／apol－1的表达和混合性营养不良组织中fas／apol-1的表达相比较无统计学意义。结论fas／apol-1诱导的调亡与外阴营养不良有密切的关系。
Objectire To study the relation between expression of fas/apol-1 in vulvar dystrohy and mechanism of vulvar dystrophy. Methods Flow cytometry was used to determine the expression of fas/apol-1 fresh yulvar dystrophy samples in 42 cases and lonormal fresh vulvar samples were taken as the controls. Results Expression of fas lichen sclerosus was singnificanly higher than that in squamous cell hyperplasia and the control (P<0.01). There was no statistical singnificance between the squamous cell hyperplasia and the mixture. Conclusion There was close association between apoptoss indused by fas/apol-1 and themechanism of vulvar dystrophy.
