摘要
以湖南省长沙市一条投资 6亿元的道路为案例 ,介绍了城市建设中新出现的隐性国有资产流失现象 ,以及城市规划中相邻权的概念、法律基础和法规的制度缺陷 ,并对国内外相邻权的国家利益保护制度进行了介绍 ,提出了城市规划中如何保护与相邻权密切相关的国家利益的建议和对策。
This article chooses a case of changsha in Hunan province on a urban artery, introduces a new losing of national capital fund. The author threw the light on the adjacent right through the law, economic, social scientific and so on, compared with other country, it takes out some suggestions on our urban infrastructure investment.
