摘要 研究了以环氧树脂epcrete p和不饱和聚酯树脂estercrete p为基本组成的两种聚合物混凝土粘合剂体系 .通过了已断裂混凝土粘合和碳纤维粘合增强后的力学性能试验 .对粘合剂的性能作了表征 .实验证明此两种粘合剂体系对混凝土材料均有良好的粘合性能 ,用estercrete p粘合的混凝土试件的抗折强度超过7MPa抗拉强度 5 5MPa以上 .用epcrete p粘合的混凝土试件的抗折强度可达到 8MPa以上 .两者均能满足混凝土材料的粘合与修复使用 . The advesives up (unsaturatea polyester) and ep(epoxy) Composotions. Called as estercrete-p and epcrete-p respectively for repairing and streghtening of concrete were presented in this paper.The charcterization of the adhesives was done dy test of bonded concrete and CF reinforced concrete with adheseies. The experiment results show that both of them had much beutter cohesive performance for concrete and strengthening materials such as carbon fiber. The Bending strength for concrete bonding was over 7MPa with ester crete-p and 8Mpa with Epcrete-p. So that both of adhesives system can be used in repairing and stregthening of Concrete widely. Carbonfibre.
