摘要
选择合适的乙烯基树脂及其固化体系,并加入增强材料、阻燃剂、填料等浇注复合板面层,再浇注混凝土增强基层,从而形成热固性树脂复合材料包覆的结构复合板。耐腐蚀、阻燃和力学性能等测试结果表明,研制的结构复合板具有优良的耐腐蚀性能、阻燃性能和力学性能。对过渡层研究结果表明,复合面层与混凝土基材间的粘接性优异。
The corrosion resistant and fire retardant stratified composite slabs were made in in-situ workshop, which included organic covering layer and silicate substrate layer. Organic covering layer was composed of phenol-and epoxy-modified vinyl based thermoset resins, curing agents, polyester fiber reinforced materials, flame retardants and inorganic fillers. The corrosion test, impact test and reaction-to-fire test results show that the stratified composite slabs have excellent corrosion resistant, toughness and fire retardancy. SEM micrographs indicate that there existed perfect interracial adhesion between the surface layer and the substrate one.
