摘要
制备了一种适用于高速公路、立交桥、高架桥的快速修补的聚合物混凝土材料。它具有快速固化,抗折、抗压强度高、与旧路面结合能力好,收缩率低等优点。并且对影响其强度的主要因素进行了研究。通过一系列试验得到其最佳工艺参数为:A型树脂含量占树脂总用量的85%左右,树脂用量占填料总量的17% ̄20%,固化剂占树脂总用量的4% ̄11%,促进剂用量占树脂总用量的2% ̄5%。
A polymer concrete with merits of quick hardening, high compressive strength, high flexural strength, good bonding with old road surface and low shrinkage for rapid repairing of highway, grade separated bridge and viaduct was prepared. Main factors influencing its strength was studied. The optimum technological parameters gained through a series of tests were as follows: content of resin A constituting 85% that of total resin, content of total resin constituting 17% to 20% that of total filler, contem of curing compound constituting 4% to 11% that of total resin and content of curing accelerator constituting 2% to 5% that of total resin (by weight).
