摘要
目的 观察碟脉灵注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。 方法 急性脑梗死病人 6 2例分为碟脉灵组 ( 32例 ,男 2 1例 ,女 11例 ,年龄 6 3岁± 9岁 )和丹参组 ( 30例 ,男 2 0例 ,女 10例 ,年龄 6 3岁± 10岁 )。分别给予碟脉灵注射液 2 0ml,复方丹参注射液 2 0ml,静脉滴入 ,共 14天。 结果 2组均能提高疗效 ,降低血流变学指标 ,与治疗前比较差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。总有效率碟脉灵组为 87 5 % ,丹参组为 73 3% ,两组差异亦有显著意义 ( P <0 0 5 ) ;碟脉灵组降低血液流变学作用较丹参组尤为明显 ,差异有非常显著意义 ( P <0 0 1)。 结论 碟脉灵注射液能够明显改善脑梗死病人血液微循环。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of diemailing injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarctions Methods Sixty two patients were divided into two groups:diemailing group(32patients) and salivae miltiorrhiza group(30patients) They were separately treated with diemailing injection 20ml and compound salviae miltiorrhiza injection 20ml iv drip qd for 14 days Results All the two groups better curative effect than pre therapy(P<0 01) The total effect rate was 87 5% in diemailing group and 73% in salivae miltiorrhiza group There was significant difference(P<0 05) between the two groups The effect of reducing hemorheology in diemailing injection group was more obvious than that in salvia miltiorrhiza group(P<0 01) Conclusion Diemailing injection could obviously improve blood microcirculation in patients with cerebral infarction,and the effect of diemailing injection is better than that of salviae miltiorrhiza injection
