摘要
医学高等院校研究人员的科研能力培养是至关重要的.提高科研水平的关键应从以下几个方面入手:一是求是创新能力,二是要面向实际,三要重视效益,四要精益求精、贵在深入,五要孜孜不倦,脚踏实地.发挥主观能动性,辅以良好的外部环境和条件,研究人员的科研能力就能得到快速的培养.
To develop the potentialities of scientific research are vital to medical college researcher. We have taken into consideration various factors that comprises innovation, reality, a rational estimation of potential benefits, a rigorous training, and strong mind, and perpetual longing for own research. To improve their personality as well as good outside condition, researcher will make great progress in all aspects.
