摘要
本文着重介绍HgCdTe、IrSi、Ce_xSi_(1-x)/p-Si和GaAs/AlGaAs多重量子阱长波红外焦平面阵列的现状及发展趋势。
In this paper, the present situation and the development trend of multiple quantum well long-wavelength infrared (LWIR) focal-plane arrays of HgCdTe, IrSi, Ge_xSi_(1-x)/Si, and GaAs/AlGaAs are reviewed.
