摘要
本文主要评述硅肖特基势垒、非本征硅、InSb和Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe几种红外焦平面阵列技术及其取得的进展和发展前景。
This paper mainly reviews Si Schottky barrier, extrinsic Si, InSb and HgCdTe infrared focal plane arrays technologies, their development status and the outlook.
