摘要
研制成 LD 泵浦 CW 基横模 Nd:YAG 激光器,工作中心波长为1.064μm,谱线宽度小于0.03nm,阈值泵浦功率小于6.8mW,输出功率大于10.5mW,斜效率大于8%。
We report LD pumped CW TEM_(00) Nd:YAG laser.It operates at 1.064μm.The spectral linewidth is smaller than 0.03nm, the thresold of pumping power is less than 6.8mW,the output power and slope efficiency are larger than 10.5mw and 8% respectively.
