摘要
本文简要总结了高重复频率基横模YAG激光技术研究中的结果。介绍了两种激光器结构。
In this paper, we briefly introduced the research results on high repetition rate TEM_(00) mode laser. We describe two structures of the laser and the method for improving the application of the laser. Some examples are also given.
