摘要
“虚拟”不仅是一种技术 ,也是一种管理策略。通过管理创新实现资源共享是虚拟图书馆的基本精神。图书馆的虚拟化可以克服传统经济条件下资源共享存在的主要障碍 ,因而是信息时代图书馆资源共享的新策略。通过一个包含产品与服务、资源和知识的三维结构 ,可以推进图书馆的虚拟化进程。
? “Virtualization”is not only technology,but also a type of management strategy.It is the inherent essential meaning of the virtual library to realize resource sharing through the management innovation.The virtualization of library can overcome the main obstacles existing in resources sharing under the traditional economic condition,therefore it is a new strategy of resources sharing at information age.We can make a push to the virtual process of the library by three approaches:products and service,resource,and knowledge.
