在图书馆数字化、虚拟化进程中,图书馆将更多地处于纸质文献与数字文献共存的复合状态,参考咨 询作为图书馆服务的重要组成部分,应努力在服务范式上作出相应的调整与转交。
In the process of the digitalization and virtualization of the library, the library will be more in a state of paper based documents compounded with digitalized documents. Reference consultation is an important component of the user service and work hard to make corresponding adjustments and changes in the service paradigm.
