摘要
企业主管不要试图使自己的企业变成虚拟企业,因为它不存在。企业利用虚拟策略取得成功的原因不是作为名词的虚拟组织或称虚拟企业,而是虚拟组织的动词属性即虚拟化过程,这一过程可视为一种策略。信息时代企业主管可通过一个包含产品与服务、资源和知识的三维结构来使用这种策略,使自己的企业利用虚拟策略获得竞争优势。
The CEO of Existing Enterprises Shouldn't try to transfer their enterprises into' virtual enterprises' , because they don't exist. The success of enterprises is not virtual organizations themselves but rather virtual organizing process of enterprise's strategies. To gain the competitive advantages , the CEO in information eras may organize virtually their enterprises by three approaches that are virtual encounter, outsource and intelligent.
