摘要
优树选择是人们在短期内进行林木遗传改良的重要手段。分别应用平均木标准差对比法、小样地法、综合评分法对 4株 30年左右的预选树进行分析 ,初步制定出栓皮栎选优标准 ,确定 SPL- 0 4为优树。研究结果表明 ,应用小样地法进行栓皮栎选优较客观、正确 ,工作量较少 ;可以预选树为中心 ,以 2 0 m为半径设置样圆 ,分别计算预选树和平均木胸径、树高、栓皮厚度的差与平均木的比值 m D,m H和 m T,若预选树生长量指标 m D≥ 4 0 % ,m H≥ 30 % ,m T≥ 1 4 0 % ,且形质指标符合要求 。
Plus tree selection is the important means that is genetic reform in the short term.The analysis applies the small plot method,average trees standard minus antithesis,synthesis grade method to analyse 4 individual average trees that is about 30 a.Then the plus tree selection of Quercus variabilis plantation standard was made and established SPL 04 to become the plus tree.The result shows that the small plot method is the most objective one and its work amount is the smallest.Around the candidate plus trees and set up sample plot whose radii is 20 m,the minus between the candidate plus trees and average trees in terms diameter,height,skin thickness was calculated respectively.The candidate plus trees whose growth index mD is ≥40%, mH ≥30% and mT ≥140% and whose form and quality indexes meet the criterions may be determined as plus trees.
