摘要
采用主成份回归分析对锥粟16个无性系的丰产性、稳产性、速生性、抗性以及果实大小等性状,进行了定量的综合评价.对无性系各性状的观测数据作线性正交变换,使它们转变成为一组互不相关的特征性状,彼此独立地参入综合评价,提高了综合选择的准确性,筛选出了综合性状优秀的Ⅰ类无性系C-09,其平均单株产量达5.90kg;选出了性状优良的Ⅱ类无性系C-07,C-06,C-10,其平均单株产量4.72kg.优选无性系的平均单株产量遗传增益为31.53%,果实增大67.99%.
A comprehensive and quantitative evaluation of 16 clones of Castanea henryi and their characteristics, namely, high-yielding, stable-yielding, fast-growing, resistance and fruit size, has been conducted by employing the principal component regression analysis. The field observational data of the various characteristics of the 16 clones have been treated by means of Linear Orthotropic Transform and transformed into a set of new irrelative characteristic data. Each of the distirct characteristics can be used independently in the comprehen sive evaluation, thus raising the accuracy of the comprehensive selection.Through this selection, first-class clones (C-07, C-06,C- 10 ) which have excellent comprehensive characteristics have been selected out. The mean yield per tree of the first-class clones is 4. 72kg,the genetic gain is 31. 53% and the fruit size increases by 76. 99%.
