摘要
分析测定了新近育成的食药兼用黑小麦新品系高铁锌小麦“秦黑 1号”的营养成分含量。结果发现 ,其微量营养元素铁、锌含量分别高达 74 9和 1 35 mg/kg,是普通小麦的 1 9.2和 4 .1倍 ,是一般黑小麦的 1 0 .6和4 .9倍 ;其锰、铜、硒、镁、钾、磷等矿质元素含量和赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、谷氨酸及 1 8种氨基酸含量总和均高于普通小麦 ,并具有低钠。
The new wheat variety of 'Qinhei No.1' is a purple grain wheat that contains rich iron and zinc,It can be used as nutritions foods and medicine.Its contents of trace elements Fe and Zn is 749 and 135 mg/kg respectively,which is 19.2 and 4.1 times higher than that of common white grain wheat respectively,10.6 and 4.9 times higher than that of common purple grain wheat.The variety has richer other trace elements such as Manganese,copper,Selenium,and such richer larger elements as Magnesium,Phosrus,Potassium,as well as richer essential amino acids:Lysine,Methionine,Isoleucine and Glutamic acid.Its content of eighteen kind amino acids is higher than that of common white grain wheat.The contents of Na and fat in the variety are very low.For this reason,'Qinhei No.1' is a special cereal crop variety which is important in nutrition,health protection and medical treatment for human body.
