坚持依法执政,必须加强立法,做到有法可依;处理好党与人大、政府及司法机关的关系;改进执政方式;强化监督制约机制,依法规范权力运作。
Adhere to being in power by law, we should strengthen legislation in order to have law to abide by; we should deal with the relationship between the Party and the National People抯 Congress, and the relationship between the government and judicial organs and improve ways of being in power; and we should also strengthen the restrict mechanism of supervision in order to normalize the operation of power by law.
