摘要
为了进一步完善我国人民代表大会制度,从当前来看,必须针对其在实际运作中所面临的主要问题,重点做好以下六项工作,一是进一步理顺执政党与人大的关系,二是进一步完善人大代表的选举制度,三是进一步完善保障人大代表充分行使职权的制度,四是进一步完善人大代表的罢免制度,五是进一步加强人大自身的建设,六是进一步加强人大的立法和监督工作。
To further improve the system of people's congress,we should do well in six present when operatint if in practice:1.further put in order the relationship befween the ruling party and the people's Congress;2.further improve the system of election;3.further improve the system of safeguarding the right of the representatives of people's Congress;4.further improve the system of removing representatives of pelple's Congress;5.further strengthen the building up of the People's Congress itself;6.further strengthen the work of legislation and supervision of Pelple's Congress.
