摘要 目的 探讨中学教师心理健康状况及其与学生心理健康水平的关系。方法 应用SCL-90对790名中学生和192名教师进行调查和测试。结果 中学教师心理健康状况总体良好,有小部分教师存在轻度不良反应,只有极个别的存在明显的心理健康问题,较多地体现在躯体化和强迫症状两方面,男教师的心理健康状况显著优于女教师;中学师生心理健康状况之间存在负相关,其中教师的躯体化和抑郁两项因子分与学生的SCL-90量表总得分及其各项因子分显著相关。结论 中学教师心理健康状况总体良好,中学师生心理健康状况之间呈现不一致的关系,显著地体现在教师的躯体化和抑郁两项因子与学生心理健康状况的关系上。 Objective To evaluate correlation of the mental health state between middle school teachers and middle school students'. Methods Use the SCL - 90.790 students and 192 teachers of high school were tested. SPSS was used for data analysis. Results The mental health stale is good in most middle school teachers. A few teachers were in poor mental health. The most common problems included somatization and obsession. The mental health in teachers was negatively related to students'. The somatization and depression in teachers were significantly correlation with the level of mental health in students. Conclusion The mental health state of most middle school teachers is good,and it embodies in correlation of somatization and depression with mental health tate of middle school students.
