摘要 《继续医学教育学分授予试行办法》是一部规范全国继续医学教育管理方法的法规之一 ,作用十分重要。我们就该试行办法实施中发现的一些问题提出来进行讨论。针对这些问题提出了一些建议 :一是两类学分可作适当调整 ;二是计分方法可作适当修改 ;三是适当提高自学获取的学分 ;四是发挥中华医学会地方分会各专业组的作用 ;五是坚持学以致用 ,鼓励创新精神 ;六是中、高级不同层次卫技人员继续教育的侧重点应有所不同。 The Proposed Regulations on Credit Granting in Continuing Medical Education is one of the laws and regulations that standardize the management methods of continuing medical education throughout the country and is therefore of great importance. The paper advances and discusses some problems that have occurred in implementing the Proposed Regulations and then puts forward some suggestions in view of these problems. ①Proper adjustments can be made with regard to the two categories of credits. ②Appropriate changes can be made in the ways of credit counting. ③Credits received through self study can be increased to some extent. ④The role of the various specialized groups of the local branches of the Chinese Medical Association ought to be brought into play. ⑤Studying for the purpose of application ought to be stressed and the creative spirit encouraged. ⑥Focus should vary in conducting continuing education for medico technical personnel at the medium and high levels respectively.
