摘要
从欠发达农村科技成果推广的必要性和迫切性入手 ,归纳分析了在欠发达农村科技成果推广过程中存在的诸如抗风险能力差、信息传播渠道缺乏、资金短缺、队伍约束、认知欠缺、异类定势影响、供需脱节等方面的障碍因素 ,提出应从观念、外部环境、队伍建设。
The obstacle factors such as poor venture ability, short of information, lack of capital, lack of intelligence, the disjoining of provide and demand for extending science and technology in undeveloped countryside were analyzed in this paper. The countermeasures such as updating idea, improving eternal circumstance, importing intelligences were also put forward.
