摘要
通过对我国农业科技推广现状分析 ,指出了我国农业科技推广存在着诸如重科研、轻推广的传统观念严重 ;农业科技推广体制 ,运行机制与市场需求不相适应 ;科研、推广、教育割裂现象明显 ,研究和应用推广相脱节 ;农业科技推广体系不健全等问题。针对存在的问题提出了现阶段我国农业科技推广的几种模式、推广思路及所采取的相应对策。
The status on extension of agricultural science and technology in China was analyzed in this paper, Some existing problems were pointed out, such as the backward traditional concept of paying much more attention to research and looking down extension, no adapt among extension system of agricultural science and technology, operating mechanism and requirements of market. The disjointedness between research, extension and education was serious. Several models, thoughts and countermeasures of development on extension of agricultural science and technology were put forward also in the paper.
