摘要
报道了采用金属钙包复线冶炼钙硫易切削钢和合金钢时的脱硫、脱氧、合金微调以及控制钢中夹杂物的工艺研究。结果表明,金属钙线的喂入量在0.2~0.6kg/t时,平均脱硫率为47%,最高脱硫率达67%;同时取得比喂Si-Ca线时更高的钙收得率,也取得脱氧、夹杂物发生变态的良好效果,并提高了钢材的力学性能。
The technological study of the desulphurization,deoxidation,trim-ming and inclusion modification effects of Ca-cored wire feeding in ladle is reported for free cutting steels and alloy steels.The results show that with a feeding rate of 0.2~0.6kg/t,the average desulphurization rate is 47%,with a maximum of 67%。The increased yield of calcium is compared with Ca-Si cored wire feeding, The deoxi-dation and inclusion modification are observed simultaneously,The Tnechanical prop-erties of steel are improved.
