摘要
从理论上阐述了学校加强学生间人际关系建设必要性,并就其建设与培养的方式予以深入具体的分析与说明,旨在使学校广大教育工作者确立加强对学生间人际关系建设的明确意识,从而做到在教育实践中自觉开展学生间人际关系的建设与人际品质的培养工作。
This paper explains the necessity of building up relations among students in school education and analyses the ways to build up the relations. It aims at strengthening the strong consciousness of doing so among school faculties and contributing to the work.
