摘要
网络交往既有利于大学生人格的独立性、个性化、平等性和开放性优化,同时,网络也导致大学生个体自我认知、性格、思维和人际关系的异化。我们应采取积极有效的措施,帮助大学生养成良好日常上网习惯,把握虚拟与现实之间的关系,实现网我与本我的统一,保持内在心理的和谐发展,把握好网络人际关系,努力培养大学生健康的网络人格。
Network interaction is not only beneficial to optimizing the undergraduates'personality, such as independence, individuation, equality and openness, but also leading the dissimilation of their cognition as in their character, thinking and interpersonal relationship. We should take effective actions to help undergraduates form good habits of using network, properly handle the relationship between virtual life and reality, and combine themselves in virtual life and in reality. Also, we should help them maintain the harmonious psychological development, grasp the network interpersonal relationship so as to develop their healthy network personality.
