摘要
目的 :检测 2—乙氧基乙醇 (2—Ethoxyethanol,EE)的诱变性 ,评价其可能的潜在危害。 方法 :以小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞 (polychromaticerythrocyte,PCE)为观察对象 ,采用微核实验法 ,分别检测各处理组的微核细胞率(MNCF)。结果 :EE对小鼠PCE细胞有明显的微核效应 ,其MNCF同阴性对照组相比有极其显著的差异。结论
Objective To investigate the mutagenic effects of 2-Ethoxyethanol. Methods Micronucleus test in mouse bone PCE cells were used respectively to determine micronucleul cell frequencies(MNCF). Result The MNCF of EE-treated group was much significantly higher than that of control group ,and to some extent,were dose-responsive. Conclusion EE has strong mutagenic effect.
