机体(人和大鼠)接触镉化合物和2-乙氧基乙醇血清肌酸含量的变化 被引量:1

摘要 1.5、3.0和6.0mg/kgCdCl2染毒后12和24h,血清肌酸含量均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),染毒后36h,血清肌酐含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。CdO和EE作业工人血清肌酸含量均极显著高于各自对照组(P<0.01)。表明机体接触镉化合物和EE可引起血清肌酸含量的改变,推测睾丸损伤和血清肌酸含量升高之间可能存在某种关系。
