转基因作物的安全性评价及其对我国传统农业的影响 被引量:20

摘要 2 0 0 1年全球转基因作物种植面积达到了 52 6 0万hm2 ,其中转基因抗除草剂作物占 77% ,转基因抗虫作物占 15%。 2 0 0 1年中国转基因作物种植面积为 150万hm2 ,占全球的 3% ,主要为转基因抗虫棉。转基因作物安全性从 2 0世纪 90年代以来倍受政府、科学家和大众的关注 ,在转基因作物食品安全性方面提出了和传统食品“实质等同性”的评价概念 ;在转基因作物环境安全性方面注重转基因作物本身及基因扩散给环境带来的直接、间接和潜在的影响。国外转基因农作物及其产品对我国传统农业提出了新的挑战。 The area of transgenic crops reached 52.6 million hm 2 in 2001, among which herbicide resistant transgenic crops occupied 77% and insect resistant transgenic crops 15%. The area of transgenic crops in China was 1.5 million hm 2 in the same year, accounting for 3% of total area in the world, mainly from the insect resistant cotton. The biosafety of transgenic crops has been concerned about by governments, scientists and the public since 1990s. An evaluation concept, substantial equivalence with traditional food, was put forward in food safety evaluation of transgenic crops. The direct, indirect and potential effects of transgenic crops themselves and the pervasion of the genes on environment were paid great attention in environmental safety evaluation of transgenic crops. The transgenic crops and products abroad have brought new challenges on the traditional agriculture of China.
