摘要
本文研究了^(60)Co-γ射线对枳种子的辐射生物学效应,结果表明:^(60)Co-γ射线对枳的发芽、出苗和生长的抑制随着剂量的加大而增强,相对电导率也随剂量的加大而增加,各处理都能不同程度地诱导白化苗、畸形苗等变异性状的产生。辐射半致死剂量(LD_(50))为9KR左右,临界剂量(LD_(40))在7KR附近。
This article gives a study on the radiation - biology reation of die radial of 60Co - gamma Rays to trifoliate orange seeds.The result shows that along with the increase of dosage of the radial, the restrain by the radial in burgeon, sprout and growth of trifoliate orange seeds will intensify accordingly, and the relative conductance rate will increase as well. Different tests can induce to different extent the occurrence of the variability such as albino seedlings, malformed seedlings, etc. The half radiation lethal dosage (LD50) is about 9KR, and the critical one is about 7KR.
