摘要
提出用钴６Ｏ－γ射线为辐照源处理解放钟枇杷枝条，辐射半致死剂量（ＬＤｓ。）为３０００Ｒ左右；诱发有利突变的剂量为１５００～２５００Ｒ。辐射造成细胞损伤，早期变异主要是叶形畸变。有利变异有少核、高可溶性固形物、细肉质、丰产和短枝等类型，机率为０．４８％；同时可提前开花结果。
Shoots of loquat cv. Jiefangzhong were irradiated with Co60 gamma ray. The LD50was about 3000 Roentgen units and the adaptive doses inducing favourable mutation was 1500～ 2500r, The favorable mutation included the decrease of seed number,the increase ofsoluble solid content,fining the flesh, increasing the yield and shortening the shoot,and thechance rate was 0.48%.In addition,the flowering and fruiting were improved after irradia tion.
